Unhelpful assistants at Somerset Mall

I am 76 years old and not fully conversant with all the technology that exists these days. I went into the Computer Mania store in the Somerset Mall this morning to seek advice and possibly purchase a power bank. There were three assistants standing around talking to each other, none of whom showed the slightest interest in my requirements. They just had a bored expression on their faces and offered very little help. I left and went across the aisle and bought what I wanted at the iStore.
