Uneducated staff poor knowledge of computers.

Sorry but do you guys hire people who know ANYTHING about computers? For years Computer Mania has been the "shop" to "try" buy the things i need but for the first 4 years i got the "no stock" or some scribble on some dudes hand saying its on its way should be here tomorrow just to go there to hear the same shtaco. After some time i go buy a keyboard where the sales man cant even tell me the key switch type with the reason of "they all make their own" when i asked for CHERRY REDS. I go back why i dont know i must be brain dead.. I asked for an AIO with a rad between 120mm - 240mm An all in one not a prebuilt pc.. I EVEN SENT A PICTURE OF THE PRODUCT and i still get told no sorry we dont sell those. Like legit tomorrow im bringing my CV maybe you can hire someone who actually knows what they are being asked / talking about. I bet a Mac store couldve helped me more. Buying the AIO and thats the last time i use computer mania you guys are a joke. Feel bad for when i bought this Raidmax Zeta the guy who helped me actually knew his stuff bet he gets paid less than the other ****s who seem to educate themselves on the cooking channel to sell PC's and PC related items.
