Bought a mygica TV box 48h back. I have 2 other mygica boxes and a Chromecast. It freezes ever 5 minutes. Tried everything including updates and firmware update.... Remote also unpaired itself!

On returning it.they wanted the plastic the cables come in! Are they nuts. It's defective. Do they want to sell it on again or return it to the distributor?

Salesman then takes my credit card and charges me again instead of a refund. He then does a refund and gives me the other purchase in cash. W T ...
