THEY BROKE MY LAPTOP/COMPUTER MANIA

I took my laptop for repairs to Computer Mania Long Street.

The Laptop was function very well but slowly at certain points in my work day. After dropping it off, I was assured by Matthew and Chris that they will have an answer to me in 48 hours, in 72 hours I had to make contact for feedback to which Chris said they haven't yet made the time to have a look at it. The sarcasm and **** off attitude of the Manager was disheartening and forced me to imagine and ask for a timeline of when and where the laptop would be returned and fixed.

Matthew, Chris did not communicate unless I made contact and even then the Manager wasn't even aware of the case and treated me like I was a snob. I returned home to a NOT WORKING LAPTOP! MY LAPTOP DOESNT WORK AT ALL. They broke my laptop, They didn't even leave it in the position it was in.

THE SERVICE AND CAPABILITY OF THESE PEOPLE AT COMPUTER MANIA IS DEPRESSING.
