THE MOST USELESS SERVICE EVER - STILL NO PRODUCT AFTER PAYMENT

Do not even be tempted to order online from Computer Mania - once they have your money, that is it - as in you will get nothing out of them. I placed my order and paid online - the order was R33 000-00. These are some of the choice responses I get when following up with them as to why the order has not yet been delivered....."apologies but what would you like me to do?" That was a response telling them that this was my second query and that nothing is happening!! They then take zero responsibility by saying "apologies, but we have tried other couriers and they are even worse, so far courier guy is our only dependable courier". When I ask if they can please determine the status of the order, I get the following..."i will give you courier guys contact number, and the tracking system website", Lastly, their simply response to the entire situation is "that is a inconvenianc eyes but unfortunately it is not sometheng i or anyone elese can do anything about, it is the currant situation" - note all the spelling errors. They are not even prepared to sort this out with their own courier company. Never again - they are useless and positively disinterested. Disgusting
