Terrible Service & Rude Technicians

I am so disappointed with Computer Mania Cavendish. Their technicians refused to listen to us when we were describing the issues the computer has, talked over us on the phone and acted generally disinterested. They were very condescending. Their attitude sucks!

When we finally got the computer back, they had done the opposite of what we asked for. We had to take the computer in 3 times! Absolute waste of time and money. I will NEVER go back!
