Terrible service

I bought a Lenovo Notebook from Computer Mania, just short of a year (a week before the warranty expired) it started giving problems. I took it into the N1 City branch and asked them to have a look. They told me the only thing they can do is reset it to factory settings which they did. i lost all my data and was told the problem has been resolved. Shortly afterwards it had exactly the same blue screen problem. After communicating with their general manager it was taken into their technical department where they let me know there is no problem. When I picked it up again, it still wasn't fixed. For the third time I took it in, and they promised they will look into it. More than a month later I still did not hear anything from them. After hounding them for a week, they finally attempted to have Lenovo fix the problem, which they would not. This I only found out after I phoned them a week after I was told they will let me know what happens. <br> They had the knowledge that this model have hardware issues, but I was not informed of this the first time I took it in so I agreed to the reset. Now it isn't covered, because it was never sent in. I will never buy anything at Computer Mania again.
