Taking long to repair and no communication

I’m having the worst experience with Computer Mania in South Africa , Cape Town . The branch in cavendish square. It’s been a month since my laptop was sent it for repairs on warranty , I’ve been calling for the past 2 weeks now and they’ve been replacing the motherboard for 2 weeks . I’m having such a horrible experience with them and I need my laptop ASAP as I’m a student and have loads of schoolwork to be done . Called the headquarters today and the guy said he’ll call me back , he did not !
