Still waiting to hear about laptop pick-up

We purchased a laptop yesterday (31st December 2018) at Computer Mania, Somerset Mall. We then asked to have an SSD built in and was told that it would be done on the same day. We were later called to say that the technician left already and would build in the SSD first thing the following morning (1 Jan 2019) and that we would be able to collect the completed laptop by or before 2 as that was the time they would close, as stated by the Salesman,(Danie Van Vuuren). We went to both Computer Mania stores in Somerset Mall at 13:10 and both were closed.

No contact has been made with us to inform us about early closing or to arrange an alternative pick up time.

This is super unproffesional and unacceptable as we trusted that everything would be sorted out by this morning and to this hour no one from Computer Mania had made contact with us.
