Stay away
Make sure to ask about Windows before you buy from Cradlestone, we now find out that the computer we purchased do not have windows installed. Not happy about this after the sales person told us it has windows .

11 Mar 2025, 13:41Good day Johanna. I have discussed this with our manager at Cradlestone. The PC was purchased 2 years ago. We had a product, at the time, which was hardware only. It therefore had no operating system. There are a number of operating systems available and not everyone wants to pay for Windows. I, unfortunately cannot verify what transpired, as the transaction took place 2 years ago. Computer Mania will gladly supply Windows 11, at cost, should you require it. Regards Colin
