Spectacular online chat bot assistance

I saw a laptop on Computer Mania's website, but the images of the product didn't look like the same product (bezels were thinner in one image). I started the online web chat, and was assisted by Michael. He actually went so far as to open the product for me, send a photo to confirm the bezels. I then asked which branch had in stock, where he pointed out the nearest and also generated a quote for me. What a great service from him!
