Sold me a second hand watch, when it was supposed to be brand new.

I bought an Apple iWatch from computer mania online I went to go pick it up from the store and it seemed to have been second hand. I know this because not only was the packaging open but also the watch was locked to a completely different email address. Needless to say, I was shocked. I immediately took it back and fortunately they did refund me however it has been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received the money into my bank account. While the people that worked at the store were very helpful I would not recommend I in anything from them in a hurry unless you see it with your own eyes.
