Shoddy service, even shoddier products. It doesn't even deserve a rating

<p>I arrived home with my brand new computer and the track pad was not working, I promptly returned the unit to the store which they replaced with a "new" unit. Within two weeks I was calling the store due to a malfunctioning audio jack and complaints about the laptop taking a lot of time to start up. I was advised to turn off automatic updates which I then. Two months later my laptop crashed, the screen just would not start up despite the charger light flickering. I took it in to the store and your staff very nonchalantly signed it in for repairs. Your procedure outlines a 10-12 day waiting period, I waited three weeks for my laptop. I was not called or informed, I had to take the initiative to find out what was going on with my machine. In this time period I had to submit a research proposal for my thesis, study for a 4 hour statistics exam and turn in an academic research paper. I had to do this without my laptop. This meant I spent time at my University's computer labs, this time would often extend until midnight. As a young woman in South Africa this is not the safest thing to do since I have to walk back to my flat. I received my laptop back eventually only to return it a month later with the same issue. I received my laptop back last Friday. I switched it on today to work on my thesis only to find the keypad isn't working. So this means this is my second machine and it has gone to repairs twice, this will be the third and your staff attitude is callous and nonchalant. I was told "but it worked on friday " well it's not working now. </p> <p>They offer repalcement unit to use in the interim. I was forced to find my own means, this while I had paid for a new laptop. </p> <p>Their lack of customer servcie is infuriating. Given that I had received two broken models I am completely dumbstruct at their inability to relay messages of broken goods to their superiors. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have lost all faith in this establishment. </p>
