Shockingly poor service

After sales service at the Cavendish branch is appalling. Bought a pricey Acer laptop they recommended which had problems after 2 months. Three staff on duty -including Steven Brooks who sold me the computer - tried their best NOT to help us. They were rude and disinterested. If you want a good service go somewhere else. I wont be going back.
