**** SERVICE AND PROVIDER AND **** PRODUCT

I Purchased a Mecer Tablet over a year ago from CM The Glen. The Tablet suddenly shut down when my kid was using it, I took it in for repairs without a hitch the first time round.

The tablet worked for while and mysteriously shut down again,. This time I took it in for repairs in December 2021 with all required equipment (Tablet and Charger), I waited and was advised I'd be contacted yet by Feb nothing was done on the unit and instead I was told that I did not hand in the charger yet I got a Blue Form from them confirming all is in order. I complained and told them they had misplaced the charger and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO THIS DAY.

INSTEAD I AM **** TO REPEATEDLYT AND BEING TOLD THAT I DID NOT HAND IN THE CHARGER AND THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF ME.

**** SERVICE AND PROVIDER AND **** PRODUCT AS WELL - AT LEAST IF I GOT ONE RIGHT THEN I WOULD NOT BE IN THIS PREDICAMENT.
