Second hand laptop sold as new from Computer Mania online.

I ordered a R38 000-00 Laptop from Computer Mania online for one of my clients. The delivery was on schedule but they sent a second hand machine with parts missing and the laptop had fingerprints all over the unit. When I requested a collection and replacement of the unit I was told I have to go into one of their stores to swop it out if they have stock. Do not deal with this company.
