Sad and pathetic service

<p>Just a warning to all!<br />Please be very very careful when buying anything from Computer Mania.<br />I bought a headset from them 3 months ago and the left side speaker stopped working.<br />I returned them to the store in Howard Center Pinelands to have sorted under the warranty.<br />Booked it in and was told it would take a week but not to worry some would call me.<br />Now please keep in mind the job card that was filled in by the person behind counter, he inspected the headset and filled out the job card and stated there was NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE.<br />A week and a day later no call from them, I had to go there to follow up (POOR customer service for a start), I got told there is physical damage to the headset. <br />I find this odd because the job card states NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE! So how did this happen????<br />Now I am told the warranty is void!<br />The headset went in with NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE but came back with Damage! <br />So that’s my experience with them…<br />Their staff have no people or objection handling s****s from my experience. If I have ever seen Brand Damage from staff, Computer Mania Pinelands are the poster children of beyond bad service.<br />My advice, rather pay a bit more and shop at reputable retailer.</p>
