Rude Employee

We have been to computer mania in kenilworth centre about 3 times in the last month. My fiance' asks the manager to open the things that hes going to buy as the items cost alot (Keyboards, Mouse, Headphones, Mouse pad etc) the manager doesn't mind helping us at all he will open the items so that we can check that it is of quality. There has been one thing he couldn't open as he wasn't able to break the seal and we were okay with that and still bought the item. However there is a staff member working there, her name is monique. She is very rude and sits behind the counter with no interest in a costumer when they walk in. She makes it seem like we inconvenience her when we ask her for help. The last time we were there she spoke about my fiance in front of him complaining that my fiance always asks to open things. She spoke about him like he wasnt there. She is absolutely rude and should not be working with clients as you feel very uncomfortable when walking into the store. It is to much effort for her to help us.
