Ruan Gives me a middle finger in store

Was in the shop on Sunday morning about 10:30, walked through, was not noticed or acknowledged by staff, went to counter greeted and friendily asked for small ***** drivers and was ignored in full once again so i turned around and left. After my purchase at Game I returned and asked for the owner/director's contact details upon which the three gentleman, Johan, Ruan and another (would not give me his name) got aggressive and attacked me verbally after telling them that i was going to report bad service from them. Ruan initially wouldn't give me his name, and so I took a picture of him and the other gentleman. After taking Ruan's photo he actually gave me the middle finger in my face, in front of other customers inside the store. I was shocked and terribly disgusted by the attitude and level of service. After I left I called the store telling Ruan how upset i was and told him I was going to Heliometer. He told me to \Go ahead with this report
