Quick & Friendly Customer Service from Computer Mania

I had a very positive experience with Computer Mania

I ordered my new PC Case on the 6th of April 2025 on the Computer Mania App.

On the 7th of April a Customer Service rep came in contact with me, confirming that my order was received and is being processed. Barely half an hour went by, and the Courier Guy let me know that my package has been collected from Computer Mania in Cape Town.

Today, the 9th of April 2025, my package was delivered to my address in the Free State. It was packaged really well. And did not arrive broken or damaged. I am really happy with the quick and friendly service that I received, and will definitely be doing business with Computer Mania in the future.
