Poor service!

I went to Computer Mania in Somerset West mallon 7 August 2019 to replace the screen of my Dell laptop. There are 2 branches of Computer Mania in the Somerset mall. The first branch I went to was not interested in helping me they just told me how expensive it is and I must rather do it in Saudi Arabia (that is were I work). So I went to the second Computer Mania branch in same mall. There was a young guy who was very helpful bit he was not a technician but he told me to fill in a form and leave the laptop there then the technician will have a look at it. A week later i went to the store to find out what is going on and Gawie told me that he is waiting for feedback from a supplier and will call me. Yesterday the 19th of August I went back to the store because I havent heard from Gawie, just to hear that Gawie is still waiting on the supplier.

I’m flying back to Saudi on Friday and just want to say if TWO stores if a company saying they specialize in computers cannot even find a part to fix a computer problem in TWO weeks they can close there doors.

I can just imagine what there after service would be if you bought something frim them!
