Poor customer service

I bought a laptop February 2025 then around May it turned blank it would turn on want me to put in password and goes blank after . I gave it in for repairs at computer mania Somerset mall , since it was still under warranty on the 25th of may until now the 17th of August I’m without my device and have run behind with schoolwork.
