Perfect Complaint Resolutions

What else can I say other than thank you to Veronica and Colin. I was beyond frustrated at a Mecer product I purchased and after 2 weeks it literally just died. Their staff were beyond helpful and efficient. My matter was attended to immediately and resolved. Thank you very much for understanding and putting up with my Tirade as it was not personal but was just so frustrated.
