Pathetic Service

I am appalled at the incompetence of the service i received at Computer Mania,Bayside mall. After waiting for a single charger, ordered 6 weeks ago, not only have I not received the charger but I was consistently misled by the employee assuring me that he would have my charger in the next few days. I, the customer, would need to go in to the store in order to be updated, after I had not been contacted as promised by the employee. I was an avid admirer of the service of Computer Mania as a whole when being compared to competitors such as Incredible Connection, but I am honestly disgusted by their customer 'service' and grossly *********** delivery- which has still not arrived apparently.
