Pathetic service

Store manager at computer mania Cape Town CBD has no customer service etiquette. On receiving a damaged product he adviced me that no refund or replacement will take place as to his personal inspection. Furthermore telling me a customer that he's is getting annoyed with my inquiry as to why the refund or replacement was voided. Apparently he is a Volcano qualified technician aswel, unprofessional and stropy.
