Pathetic Service

Most pathetic service by Mr Allie at Computer Mania - Kenilworth Centre. I was making a sale for approximately R5000. I made an EFT payment from Standard bank to Standard bank. I was told by Mr. Allie that he could not see the payment although he had a copy of the proof of payment. I told him that the payment from the same bank should reflect straight away. However he his tone and attitude did not deserve my business. I asked him who he reported to, in order to lodge a complaint and simply responded that he reports to his wife, he later explained that his wife is the owner. i cancelled the sale and requested my money to be refunded. Drove straight to Computer Mania - Cavendish and purchased all that I needed, what a pleasant staff - no rudeness and attitude. Will never ever shop at Mr Allie's wife store in Kenilworth Centre. Simple customer etiquette is seriously missing but instead arrogance and bad attitude, simply because MY WIFE OWNS THE STORE.
