Pathetic client care

**** poor, pathetic service from Greenstone Computer Mania. I wouldn't trust these clowns enough to swap a calculator battery, nevermind touch a computer. Weeks and weeks of waiting for feedback, after spending 10's of thousands of rands ****erally) at this very branch. I've had to resort to phoning their suppliers DIRECTLY because not a single person in this store can tell me where the faulty graphics card they sold me is? I will slander this company for pathetic client-facing support and after sale service, until i am blue in the face. To the owner of this branch; you should be ashamed. You roll around in the money i've spent in your store, but your lazy work force is still using the "the suppliers are currently closed" excuse when Rectron (Your supplier, FYI, because i doubt anybody in your store knows this) has been open for over a week. Fix your ****. Fix your staff.
