PAINFULLY SLOW action on simple laptop repair
On 17 Jan I paid for part for a Dell laptop screen repair to be ordered, with a 4-6 week delivery promised. On 27 Feb the part arrived, but was sent back to Jhb because it was faulty, I was promised a quick delivery. but I'm still waiting

06 Mar 2025, 14:38Good day Wulf. Unfortunately, not all notebook parts are readily available in this country. We use a reliable supplier, who only deals in original parts. The part was ordered, imported and it arrived within the eta provided. As mentioned, the new part was found to be faulty, so a replacement was ordered. You were contacted, by our branch, this morning informing you that the laptop was ready for collection. Apologies for the delay. I trust that all is in order. Regards Colin
