Ordered GPU constantly gets delayed with multiple stories

Ordered a GPU from them on 31 of January and was told the expected delivery date would be around first or second week of Feb. After the first week of Feb I was informed that the card has been delayed and would be delivered at the end of Feb.

Closer to the end of Feb I reached out to them asking if the item is still going to be received by the end of the month. I did not receive a response until the next week and was told in that response that the GPU was sent to one of their stores to be shipped to me. A week went by and no tracking number or update was given. Throughout this time I had sent a few emails requesting an update but received none.

On the 12 of March I phoned them to ask about the progress of the order and was told they have the item and it would be shipped later that day. I phoned again to ask about the item being shipped only to be told they have not received it from the supplier yet and have no update on when I'll get it.

The company constantly changes their story on what is actually happening and no one is prepared to offer help. The staff taking calls are rude when you ask about your order and instantly dismiss things they previously said (yes the sales person I spoke to in the morning and afternoon was the same person and he suddenly had amnesia of what he previously said).

I would recommend you stay away from the company and rather shop with Wootware or Evetech as they are always willing to help.
