Online Shopping Listing error
I was online shopping when I came across a clearance sale from Computer Mania got into the site then bought a notebook worth R45000 selling for R4200, I immediately purchased the noted book. Next day I am tracking my order without a success then I wrote them an email wanting to find out how far is my order..After some few minutes I got an email from them saying they have refunded my order there was a listing error the notebook was supposed to be 45K I emailed them back telling them it was not my problem I paid for the notebook with the price I saw online. Without a success I got an email that they won’t accept my order

I mailed you, yesterday, to both apologise and explain how this is handled under both the CPA and the ECT Acts (In our Terms and Conditions on our website). Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the 5000 items, on our website, are correctly priced, mistakes can happen.
