No response following complaint

I wrote to their Sales dept days ago complaining that the supposed stylus-equipment laptop they sold to me did not, in fact, ship with a stylus, and they have not even had the decency to respond to my email. Good pricing on their products, but rather buy from the competition if you want after sales service.
