No refund

I ordered a webcam online. They sent me an email to say it would be ready to collect in 2-4 days. On day 5 I sent them an email to which I got no response for another day. I then submitted a support request on their website asking for a refund as I already had a webcam delivered by Takealot. They responded asking for my bank details for the refund. After sending such I have got no reply yet again. This is the second time Computer Mania has failed to communicate basic information. Their branded mouse is also really bad. Don't use these guys, even if they have good prices.
