No Customer Support

I'm very reluctant to do business with this company again and will boycott them every chance i get and advise everyone i know to do the same. I will rather do business with Incredible *******ion before sitting my foot in one of Computer Mania's stores again. I'm not a person to complain as I run Customer Support Department for an well respected International Company for the past 15 years. I have over 50 staff members from all over the world working in my department. I have sent Computer Mania a simple request on a replacement battery for my personal laptop as I was referred to them by the Laptop Manufacturer. I have nothing against the Manufacturer as they also have been informed about this incident and because they where the ones that referred me to them, they will be taking this further as well. I have been waiting on a response from Computer Mania for 9 days now with not even a \sorry
