Knowledgeable service

During the past weekend I was assisted by James at the 'The Grove' branch of Computer Mania.

He correctly diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and gave my the options of how it could be solved. I selected an option and he told me that the machine would be ready the next morning.

The machine was ready the next morning and the bill was significantly lower than I expected. The lower cost was because he did not just look at the obvious reason for the problem, but identified it as something else, which was easier and cheaper to fix.
