Is there any Customer service??
Not really impressed by the service so far. Ordered online a router xiaomi to be collected from Mall of Africa’s branch on the 4th April with expected collection time to be between 6th and 8th April. We are the 10th April. and still didnt get any updates. Even sent an email to ask for updates… but nothing… I would like to know how long would this take…

email from Angelique is that “ item is in stock at supplier,..."This follow-up email is meant to inform you that the estimated arrival time for such items may be longer than usual and may exceed the standard 48–72-hour timeframe."
we are way over the 72h timeframe. 10 days since I ordered...
we are the 14th April.
I still dont know what is the status on the order as Angelique doesnt reply back to my email yet.
are you going to honour the order or what is the process to get refunded?
