Inferior equipment and sales advice

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop from this store in March this year. It was not a cheapie but also not top of the range. I did let the sales person know that I was doing online teaching so it was not just for personal email use etc. The laptop cost R7500. This laptop is useless, in fact I would compare it to my old XT from early 2000! It takes up to 6 minutes to load a web page and just a simple Google page takes half the RAM once loaded. Never mind what Windows 10 does in the back ground. Needless to say, it is useless for my needs. On calling them they admitted that it did not have an SSD and that the RAM needed upgrading.!! The 2nd time I called to get a quote for this, the salesman was adamant that 4GB RAM was adequate! What a total fail of a purchase. I will NEVER buy from them again!!
