I have never seen such incomitance. I took my laptop there for repairs around the 20th of December 2024 and as today is the 19th of June 2025 I still have not received my laptop. The issue was just the charging port that needed to be replaced.

Every time I go there I am told that they are waiting for the part, which was supposed to take 3 weeks at their repair partner. Then I was told that they cant find the part and that the laptop needs to be sent back, then again I am told they are still waiting for the part.

Now the previous manager is no longer there and they say he **** that the laptop never even left the store. I am now told that the laptop has only left the store now and that they are waiting for the part.

This is pure madness. We heading to the 7th month now and there is clearly no one to hold accountable.
