********** service from canal walk computer mania

I have had the worse service ever at Computer Mania Century City. I bought a ASU’s Computer over a year ago. Recently my husband bought a generic charger from them. After about 2 weeks my computer completely crashed. I went into the store and spoke to the manager. He was very aggressive and very rude and unprofessional.

I have them my computer to look at and they said I mishandled my computer which was completely a lie. I’m still waiting for the damage report and they keep on making excuses to send it to me. I need to send it to my insurance. When I see all the very bad Revues about them I can clearly see why.

I would never ever do business with them again. Shocking !
