Great service to a demanding customer

This review is for the CAPE GATE branch of Computer Mania.

I had an insurance claim pending for a damaged laptop and needed a report detailing the damage so that the claim can go through. Lohan went out of his way to help me with a report and the claim went through successfully.

I put him through his paces in requesting quotes for a replacement, which he handled without complaint. In fact, he did his best to give me the best prices possible.

Unfortunately, I chose a very bad laptop. Shortly after setting it up it started overheating, the WiFi didn't work properly, and at some stage, the laptop simply stopped charging.

I reported this to Lohan who promised to replace the machine. However, after yet another issue cropped up, I asked for a completely different model of laptop.

There was no issue in replacing the previous laptop with this new model, and the whole transaction went very smoothly.
