Great service from technical staff but Computer Mania not able to source spare motherboard for Asus laptop

I handed in an Asus laptop to the Somerset West branch, as it would not boot up at all. The laptop was just two months out of its warrantee. The technical support staff (Talha and Ian Marais) were really great and kept me informed all the way, sometimes even after-hours. The motherboard of the laptop was fried (the second Asus laptop in our family to have this problem within 6 months of each other). Ian Marais was particularly helpful in downloading data from my laptop onto a flashdrive. To the two of them I give the highest rating possible. The only downside of my dealings with Computer Mania is that they sell Asus laptops but could not source a motherboard to replace the broken one.
