FROM GOOD, TO BAD, TO EXCELLENT.

I made my purchase at Mountain Mill Mall in Worcester yesterday, the customer service was top notch, they took their time explaining & helping me find the best laptop for my needs & budget (I had a variety of other questions about devices my home needs like cameras & Wi-Fi extenders which they gladly elaborated) I declined the offer for them to set up my laptop for me then last night during my set up I thought there was a fault in my device which had me fuming, so I called them first thing this morning with such irritation & dissatisfaction in my tone. They were so professional, patient, understanding & eager to help to resolve what was actually my mistake, which they did. With customer services & affordable prices like that, our household will definitely be purchasing from them again. I highly recommend.
