Faulty windows and refunds take foreeeever!!!
Faulty windows refund drama!
Credit card refund will take 48 hrs. Day 8 still waiting. Excuses are that the bank did it. The head office didn't do something and also now it will take 3 weeks because the bank has a holding account and other such nonsense. The software doesn't load on the laptop from computer mania because i need to upgrade the Windows software to pro when i have the exact same windows setup on 8 different training pc's ? Computer mania windows is a special one where my training centre software doesn't load......Email addresses change for contact persons? It just seems like any old excuse/story will do .....the truth is not anywhere in anyone's vocabulary.
