Faulty Raidmax Fans

I bought a set of Raidmax Fans on the 22 December 2019 from the Tygervalley Store.

I was busy building my new pc and installed the fans during this month but did not test it. When I recieved my motherboard in January 2020 I then connected it and found that the fans would not change colour with the remote.

I then plugged it into the board and same result. I then went to the store and was informed that I could not swop the fans as it was over the 10 day window and would have to do a warrenty claim.

I recieved a replacement set as the fans were deemed faulty. I connected up the fans and found the replacement fans would not change colour as well!

The best part is when I tried to take the battery out the clip on the remote broke off as well! This is rediculous!! I hardly forced the clip on the side!

I then called the store yesterday and spoke to the store manager (After sending a e-mail and getting no reply), When I called I asked him if he saw my e-mail, he said no as he was to busy with stock take (this was sent the previous day already).

He said I can come in and would have to do a warrenty claim again which I refuse to do. I would like these fans returned and swopped out for another item. I've driven enough petrol out to this store and wasted enough time and effort on a cheap faulty product.
