Fantastic service

I bought a Bluetooth Lamp Speaker from a branch of Computer Mania, but there was a problem with connecting to the bluetooth adapter on my PC, so the assistant at the branch that I bought it from told me to call a different branch, where I was put through to Mornay. He was incredibly helpful, and went through the whole process of linking iTunes and my PC to the new devices via TeamViewer. Mornay was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and I'd have given up and returned to my plug in speakers had I not had his assistance. Thanks so much for your help Mornay, it is greatly appreciated.
