Extremely bad Service.

Bought a printer and was told if not satisfied with printing quality to return it. Returned it two days later, offered to buy an upgraded printer but was then told they would not exchange it and there was nothing wrong with it; the drive across town was over 50kms so why say bring it back when they knew there was nothing wrong with it? Will never ever support such a bad institution ever again. (BTW, called the suppliers of the printer who were more than happy to exchange it via Computer Mania.)
