Excellent Service from Stellenbosch Computer Mania

We bought a laptop from Computer Mania in the Kenilworth Centre. After a year, it needed to be repaired, which KC did under the warranty. Two months later, the laptop failed again. My daughter had it in Stellenbosch and took it to the Stellenbosch Computer Mania. In the interim, we had misplaced the warranty paperwork. Dillon, at the Stellenbosch branch managed to track down all of the warranty details (armed with nothing but the date of the last repair), sent the lap-top in for repair and arranged for a loan unit, so that my daughter can still complete her university course work. This review is for Dillon at Stellenbosch Computer Mania - 5 star service! I am a little less happy that this laptop has had to be repaired twice in the last three months, but that is not Dillon's fault.
