Excellent Customer Service

I popped in Computer Mania (Kenilworth Centre) last weekend & met a lady by the name of Monique. Her customer service was exceptional. She had an understanding of her products she was selling & guided me to buy the best deal that suited my needs. The was friendly listened to my questions I asked & answered all of them & she still had a smile on her face now that is excellent customer service. Now that is the WOW factor, in my book. She made me laugh & knew her products. Thank You Monique for your excellent customer service.
