DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM COMPUTER MANIA WILLOWBRIDGE

WILLOWBRIGE BRANCH - WORST SERVICE EVER. I bought a new I7 laptop on 7th February and took this and my desktop to have the info transferred over, Computer Mania, Willowbridge. The guy had it for 6 days. I phoned him on 12th Feb to ask if it is ready (he had to copy everything over from the desktop and activate the office package). He said it was ready. I had to phone him to find this out Meanwhile he was not done with it , he made such a mess...deleted 24000 OFF THE SERVER, did not activate the office package. He clearly just thought 'stuff it' and gave it back. SO SO DISHONEST AND GIVES THIS BRANCH SUCH A BAD NAME. I also only found out that day before I collected the laptop that he was in fact a trainee who only started there beginning Feb. To say that I am beyond angry about this situation is putting it mildly. To top it all, I get this brand new laptop back with oily finger prints all over the top. Didnt even have the decency to clean it before giving the mess back to me. DO NOT USE COMPUTER MANIA WILLOWBRIDGE UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE SERVICE! AND ALL YOUR DATA LOST!!
