Disgusting customer service

i was at computer mania at canal walk and received extremely bad service from one of the staff members, Arshad. When I asked him for his managers details he denied me the info, raising his voice at me in front of other customers and threw me with a business card. I went in to purchase computer speakers, and in a nutshell he refused to demo them for me and pretty much wanted me to buy speakers of R 3000 instead. I will never support any computer mania again!!! When Gerrie the store manager eventually called me, he had an attitude, that explains why his staff will never ever respect any customers that walk into that store. I then purchased my speakers from Matrix computers, amazing service and love the quality of the product they sold me. I left a happy customer. Computer mania verbally harassed me, something should be done !!!! I was at the store last week Sunday 24 May 2015 @ about 19:30 the evening .
