Denied Laptop 3 years Extended Warranty.

I recently bought a Hp Laptop costing 24K. Laptop belongs to my employer and requirements to activate 3 years Extended Warranty (EW) which they promise to help with. I waited for EW, nothing came, till I call the outlet and only be informed that I should have activated that on their website within 30 days of purchased, information which was not disclosed during the purchase & I was supposed to sign on the invoice next to extended warranty. They denied me EW and my employer is rejecting the laptop. As much as I have requested other options (Payment if possible ) to obtain this EW the retail company don't respond to my emails any longer.
